What's Up With The TRUST Deed?!?!?

What's going on with a "TRUST DEED"? The word on the grapevine is you need to do the "LAND PATENT" process differently if you have a "TRUST DEED", is this correct and does it even matter if the property is paid off, what's the deal?

Also, is there a right or wrong way of combining the two "Legal" descriptions of the "LAND PATENT" and the "TRUST DEED"?

I need HELP from the EXPERTS so I could continue to LIVE FREE.!.!.!
