Interesting reading....the "jurisdictional hook" was the mail fraud charges! Nonetheless, Kurt and Scott better stock up on plenty of soap-on-a-rope!

Sara-Jane (aka Montana on SJ) was listed on the indictment but I havent seen any further actions on her. I suppose Shoonra could find out some thing like that. I heard good ol Flea bent over and started squealing like the pig he is. Ran his mouth a lot but when the heat was on....caved in!!!!
