Actualy weis, it is not fine! I have banned him and deleted his spam in this thread and another... I don't have any patience for people who want to jump in and use this site to promote their enterprise without making the slightest effort to contribute.

Greetings,
Whilst perusing i came across this site & this forum in particular, & was thus drawn therein. Taking note now of the origin of date, i wish i had seen this last year as i believe i couldst have , in some small measure. offered some assistance.
however..upon reflection.. not sure now i have anything to offer..here.

Has anyone used a subrogation bond I adviced this to an aquantance in Colorado and the house had been sold already and he was evicted 2days before the dummy filed and believe it or not the constoble went to his ex-wives appt. and escorted him back to his old home.
Subrogation bond is very powerful even after the sale. Beats the hell outa CAT.

Welcome!. Please do elaborate on this as there are many victims on this site of ME processes that didn't work, and are in various stages of foreclosure, and legal issues regarding their property.
