What did you expect to exchange for the place?

There was no expectation except I wanted to offer something of real value for a change. He wanted FRN's, I wanted the place, we exchanged. Now he can watch his FRN's depreciate in value and loose purchasing power, I don't care. Was citing an example to show WatsUp the statement made was one that does not apply to everyone here. In fact I do not believe what WatsUp said applies to most here and was disagreeing with what I inferred in WatsUp's post; but that is only my opinion; I may be wrong. Perhaps my words were a bit strong, but if someone offered me gold or silver or something else of value in exchange I will not demand FRN's; however, the ammount is always negotiable.
Reread the first sentence in my reply to WatsUp.

It may seem that most may meet the preconceived criteria implied in your comments . . . . But . . . . Not all here do.
