Reversing a quit claim deed

Feel that it possible to override a quit claim deed but unsure of wording and have not found samples.

Any ideas, thoughts, or links.

It all came about through a private agreement which fell through.

Was thinking of doing a Affidavit of Reversal of Quit Claim.

Tried to file a quit claim and was deined for filing in present format
