Fraudulent Deeds

does anyone have case cites relative to the above subject line. I have in possession a deed wherein, fraud has been committed by a Notary in conjunction with the sale of a property. Florida Jurisdiction would be preferrable, but will also receive Federal citations.

Thanks Jerry,

I too, have a fraudulent deed.

I am firing off a letter now to the seller and the closing attorney to let them know I am coming after them....

RE: fraudulent deed

I have my own feeble views on this, but, other than the fact that it's a deed to begin with, what makes it fraudulent? By that I mean, what compells them to accept that it IS fraudulent?

Thanks,

Say perhaps an obviously false signature, or perhaps an obvious false name as the sellers of the property. I suggest these possibilities as a result of having other documents signed by the same two people and there is no comparison between the varying signatures and or names that a prudent person would call genuine.

Also is the matter of the notary indicating under seal, that he personally knew the sellers. I know from talking to the same notary that he did not personally know the sellers.

Thanks: Looks like this one will take some time to evaluate all the case cites. Will get back to you to let you know how it works out.
