Confused Woman in California

Hello Everyone!

I have heard about the "admiralty administrative remedy" (I think that's the name) process about saving your home. I have this mortgage company that is after my house.... What can I do to save my house? Has anyone experienced this situation that I am in? Are there books out there regarding this subject? What is my first step? Sorry for all of the questions but I am a desperate woman, mother of 1 trying to stay alive.

Can you guys please help?!?!?!?!

Thanks

Not to sound indifferent, but to point you in the right direction, I would search first on what you are interested in knowing.

If this is your first visit here, welcome.

You have a lot of reading to do...

The "admiralty administrative remedy" is a process I believe is used by Freedom Club USA. Perhaps someone that has experience with them can speak to the process.

Hi Confused in CA, I do and am doing the Adminstrative Remedy and it will not save your home. There are other things you can do I am in the process of keeping my home now for the 19th month. I am also in foreclosure and it will not do any good at the moment to do the Admistrative Remedy ( I am not in Freedom Club USA) However they do also do this process. It is still in the first unproven stages so far and it takes to long for you to do the process to help you. It is something you can do at any time but now I would work on just saving the house and do the other at a later time. I know a few things you can do that may help you. One is look on this site for Novation and read what they have to say. It is really not to late unless the judge signed the order and than I am not sure if novation will work. The other thing you can do is file Chapter 13 for an emergency to buy yourself some time (Personally I don't like the idea but had to use it twice and never had to follow thru with it)(You can go into and out of Bankruptcy as needed providing you aren't dismissed). I have a letter for RESPA violiations I will gladly share with you if you so choose and that may buy you time and you send to everyone and his brother that have anything to do with your property and federal agencies. If you wish you canl let me know if you need this paper. It is too large to upload it into Sui Juris files.
