Help! Mortage Rip-Off

In 1999 we owned 6 lots with Home on 3lots (# 10,11 & 12 ) we traded the three vacant lots for nice lots elsewhere, later let my son have these.
In Feb. 2002 we mortaged our home and the (3) lots For Doctor Bills to Big C Mortgage Co. Last year they sold our note are closed the doors anyway Big G has our note. Now two months ago the owner of the traded lots goes to Sell and low and behold Big C had put these three lots on my mortgage call Big G more are less said tuff s%it. We went to a lawyer he said buy them back gave owner three times what they where worth.
I called the mortgage Co. 6 times and wrote them 3 times before I got some of the paper work I then got hold of of the Appraiser and he sent copy of appraisal plus statement that he was shown the two deeds where the 3 lots was not owned by me and his appraisal shows he appraised only the house and lots 10, 11 & 12 for the alledged loan. Yes Midwest Title Co. did title search , before you ask, yes the new deed was filed in court house.

Is this grounds for breach of contract and or how do we(I) go about this I have talked to 3 lawyers and they won't me to pay them 5,000 and I know better than that, any advice for a mad person!!
Any help would be appricated;

HAve Midwest Title provide you with the title search(certified) and sent it to the Mortgage Co. Was title insurance provide??? Provide the other guy with the same information to challange their claim.
