TAX BILL STATUES
Any idea on where to look for the information regarding the preparation of county real estate tax bills?& Hae recently heard information on throwing a curve to the county treasurer regarding this topic, and it sounds like fun to put a burr under his blanket for a change.

Thanks!

Re:TAX BILL STATUES
If you have read the "Land Patent" document available in the download section then you understand that the land is free from taxation because it is free from ALL GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION.
I still suggest the book available at ICResource.com "Allodial Titles & Land Patents" by Johnny Liberty for more details.

Re:TAX BILL STATUES
Thanks, Ice.& I am in the midst of wading through the allodial titles/land patent info, but I am confused as to how to implement it if you are still under the yoke of a mortgage.& (yes, I know, I am working on that too!)& Too much good stuff and not nearly enough time to read, research, UNDERSTAND, comprehend and then implement.& I sort of wish there was a "Common Law for Dummies"& Book although I hate those things!& We are looking at taxes in just a couple months and they have been skyrocketing.& Hence, we need a "quick fix" remedy and then an absolute.
Appreciate any and all info since we are very new to this process.

Re:TAX BILL STATUES
The way that I understand it is that the mortgage is on the buildings (real estate)& on the land, and not the land itself.& Please correct me if I am wrong, because that is something I too have been wondering about.
Thanks,
Wirlwind

Re:TAX BILL STATUES
Land cannot be sold in this country, it can only be granted. You are correct, the lien and mortgage is not on the land, but on the real estate only.

Re:TAX BILL STATUES
Check the Summa Corp. cites... all that is necessary is the land patent number... that should stop any action by local, state or fed government.
You can also assert your rights in the land patent by affidavit.

eastcoast,
Land can only be sold between sovereigns not governments.
Furthermore, there is no lawful money in circulation so there is no buying and selling going on.
