The Courts Hit An All Time Low

Immigrants were awarded the ranch of a minutman who shot at illegals crossing his 70 acre ranch. They were entering an americans property illegally and because he shot at them the courts think he should forfeit his land? The courts are getting further and further away from the constitutional law of the land. The judge in this case should lose his land. Or better yet let the illegal immigrants take his land.

I hate to say it, but the owner allowed the court to decide on how to handle things by not asserting his unalienable rights. He who leaves the battle first - loses.
