This event does not fall into the constitutional law of things. Therefore the decision is null & void. The city evicts the people, allows the builder to build and the people enforce the constitution law and get back the land plus damages. Will this come to pass?

The Supreme Court has clearly made an erroneous decision, which is beyond the power granted them by the Constitution. The decision seems to openly converted the US into a communist nation, people now appear to have no right to private property, and no right to defend themselves. What a sham!

In so doing it goes against the basic concepts of having a Constitution. That is to have written rules to hold govenment in check, and serve the People. The result of this is what we are witnessing today, which is "out of control" govenment on all levels.
