Dorean Trust Revocation
A friend of mine who went through the Dorean process called me and was wondering how to get the property out of the Trust Scoot & Kurt set up and re-assigning it.

This seems awfully complicated, but would he have to first dismiss them as trustees, record it at the county recoder & thend send them the paperwork?

Would then a Quit Claim follow?

TToday, I found out he trust is going to stay the same, and another trustee is currently being appointed via Quit Claim
