Re:Allodial Titles & Land Patents, by Johnny Liberty
Listened to the Eric Madsen audio this morning and then turned to my Johnny Liberty book and noticed that I, also, was missing important pages of the book. Pages 47-50, the "sample Allodial Title & Land Patent Package".
Funny thing, leaving THOSE pages out?????? (Boneheads)

No, kinda bummed me out.
I did email ICR and ask them to address the issue.
We'll see what they have to say........Pam

He heh. I emailed them too.
They are getting their chops busted today.
I'd like the book, but not if the ammo is deleted.

Re:Allodial Titles & Land Patents, by Johnny Liberty
I got my land patent thing from the BLM and a letter that said that pulling land patents forward and getting the allodial title is worthless.& Of course I don't necessarily believe what they tell you.& After all it is BB and they probably don't want you to know it anyway.& I'm sure that they will discourage us from trying to get them and use them.&

I just got a response from John at ICR, and he said it was simply a mis-numbering of pages. He said they were all there.

Re:Allodial Titles & Land Patents, by Johnny Liberty
No matter what the BLM tells you, Land Patents are filed each and every day by the oil companies, etc., and the Patents are viable in all situations. BUT, you do not obtain a Title of Allodium by bringing up the Patent in the present. The TRUE Allodial Title correctly passes from the one who brings up the Patent and passes it on to one's heirs, assigns, etc. When the heir/assign gets the land, then and only then does the true Allodial Title take place.
We obtained a book from the FreeMen some years ago that is approximately 275 pages in length and leaves nothing to the imagination. In fact, our Land Patent is 44 pages in length. It is correct and complete in its' entirety, with no flaws.
Johnny Liberty's book is a good source, but we have an older version with all of the pages. We also have Stewart's book on Memorandum of Law on Land Patents which is excellent to rebut any challenge made to the Patent.
Contrary to other sources, Land Patents DO NOT have to be recorded&at the county and/or state level. Unless one removes the previous deed(s) from recordation at the county level by a "Notice of Revocation of Deed", one can&expect to be challenged sooner or later. If one does&make a recording, please do it only as a "Notice of Land Patent" in effect. As long as&one has state registered property, i.e. recorded, one can expect to also&have&problems.&Keep all of your Land Patent dox PRIVATE and away from prying bobocrat's eyes!
Respectfully,
enslegis

Allodial Titles & Land Patents, by Johnny Liberty
I am starting the learning process on this now. Trying to take a "crash" (hopefully not "crash and burn") course on it.
I am in NC, so it seems like it may be more challenging to find the information.
But here we go!
HEY! I like the updated ability to bold, past in URL's etc!!
