Allodial Titles & Land Patents, by Johnny Liberty

I do not have the book, however here is a link to a site that has the various forms for Land Patents, Apostilles, Cancellatura's, as well as sample constructions of each.

http://www.commonlawlibrary.com/ - look under FORMS. I believe these forms were provided by someone associated with Mr. Madsen and as such should include the necessary info.

Enslegis,

I am currently trying to get my land patent number from a piece of property that I am heir to. I am just starting this process but why would you not want to give public notice of what your property is?

Case law has already decided that a land patent is supreme ownership. Why wouldn't you use case law to support your position and then give public notice of your private property?

The bobcrats already know about the docs that can be potentially out there since their office (BLM) is the one that gave the info out in the first place.

thoughts....

The book you got from the FreeMen - how can I acquire one? Do you have a title, author, or ISBN or other? Is it still in print? Thanks.

Augustus Blackstone, Joe Stevens book

This morning, an automated notice was generated by yahoo groups that this land patent and allodial title book had been posted to the files area of the yahoo group Lawworks1: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Lawworks1/

So, I grabbed it and posted it here. Since I have the printed copy, I looked for comparisons and noticed some changes and additions. Hence the notice to do your own due dilligence. (Always good advice anyway)

In the files, in the land ownership section: http://www.suijuris.net/forum/downlo...p?do=cat&id=21
