Silver bond

Placed a silver bond in foreclosure court case. Seemed to have just clouded the title. What would be the next step or follow up procedure to get the bank out of their hair for good!

Re:Silver bond

by putting it into common law, the bank has to prove they gave you substance to have a valid contract (did they give you gold or silver coin money to purchase the house?). thats why they fear common law. you cannot pay off anything with the federal reserves notes as you know.

Re:Silver bond

Well, Rice is in Texas, and the texas gov't codes have a clause about being able to request a common law court in any proceedings. You can see the James Hardin video on the following page to get more info on this.

Are you in Texas? If not, check your own state's regulations.

Re:Silver bond

Pay attention folks... this is a FORECLOSURE ACTION.& There will be NO EVIDENCE PRESENTED and therefore -- a Motion to Dismiss would be appropriate.

This is a no brainer, don't make it any more complicated than it has to be.& I would steer clear of "redemption" techniques and focus on court procedure and law.
Note: the "silver bond", which I have heard many claims about, did not stop the action.

Re:Silver bond

Yeah, I get what you're saying ice, however I guess I wasn't specific enough at first. They have been through court and entered the silver bond into the file at the sale (auction). The bank had a sign in their yard since the judgment. They are still in the house. We've had people call the 800 number on the sign, but they always state the home is not for sale right now because of problems with the title. We beleive this silver bond clouded the title, but for how long? If I would of known what I know now when they were going to court&6 months ago, things would of been different. The courts and the banks haven't formally gotten back to them, but we were looking for a way to get them out of their hair for good.

Re:Silver bond

A void judgment is still void.

Have the judgment vacated as soon as is humanly possible.

Re:Silver bond

And ascert their rights in a land patent.

Ascerting your rights in the land "should" stop all this madness. But you still need to attack the judgment.
