Does anyone else have a similar City Charter like this?

I am trying to get an interpretion on it...

My first reaction is that I am not an inhabitant so it doesn't apply to me....Then someone told me that it means the People are equal to the gov't....I am trying to get a 3rd person to review it for me but I believe if we deny we are inhabitants then it doesn't apply to us....

All "property taxes" are simply EVIL! This tax can actually throw a family out of their HOME! The very thing that people need to survive. Who on Earth devised such an evil tax? U are not even safe in your OWN homes anymore, the gov. is literally the king of your castle too... I lived in England for a few years, there is no such thing as "property tax" in England, as over there, they believe that "a man is king of his own castle" and the British gov. wouldn't dare try to tax property, there would be a revolution tomorrow!

There are families in England who have had their family homes for several hundred years! Since we (Americans) got most of our laws from England, I can't understand how we ever got in to this evil "property tax" nonsense in the first place! I mean, how can u be taxed on something u own and have paid for? There is no profit or gain but these scum still tax u on it, is tax on capital even allowed?

Anyway, we can talk and talk all day if we want but let's face it folks, NOTHING'S going to change unless we stand up for our country and stand up for our rights! Prior to 1913, most Americans owned clear, allodial title to property, free and clear of any liens or mortgages until Federal Reserve Act (1913).

The Act "hypothecated" all property within the federal United States to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, - in which the Trustees (stockholders) held legal title, the U.S. citizen (tenant, franchisee) was registered as a "beneficiary" of the trust via his/her birth certificate. In 1933, the federal United States hypothecated all of the present and future properties, assets and labor of their "subjects," the 14th. Amendment U.S. citizens, to the Federal Reserve System.

In return, the Federal Reserve System agreed to extend the federal United States corporation all the credit "money substitute" it needed. Like any other debtor, the federal United States government had to assign collateral and security to their creditors as condition of the loan. Since the federal United States didn't have any assets, they assigned the private property of their "economic slaves," the U.S. citizens, as collateral against the un-payable federal debt. They also pledged the unincorporated federal territories, national parks forest, birth certificates, and non-profit organizations, as collateral against the federal debt. All has already been transferred as payment to the international bankers.

Unwittingly, America has returned to its pre-American Revolution, Feudal roots whereby all land is held by a sovereign and the common people had no rights to hold allodial title to property. Once again, We the People are the tenants and share-croppers renting our own property from a Sovereign in the guise of the Federal Reserve Bank. We the People have exchanged one master for another.

This has been going on for over eighty years without the "informed" knowledge: Of the American people, without a voice protesting loud enough. Now it's easy to grasp why America is fundamentally bankrupt.

Why don't more people own their properties outright?

Why are 90% of Americans mortgaged to the hilt and have little or no assets after all debts and liabilities have been paid? Why does it feel like you are working harder and harder and getting less and less?

We are reaping what has been sown, and the result of our harvest is a painful bankruptcy, and a foreclosure on American property, precious liberties, and a way of life. Few of our elected representatives in Washington, D. C. have dared to tell the truth. The federal United States is bankrupt. Our children will inherit this un-payable debt, and the tyranny to enforce paying it.

America has become completely bankrupt in world leadership, financial credit and its reputation for courage, vision and human rights. This is an undeclared economic war. Bankruptcy, and economic slavery of the most corrupt order! Wake up America! It’s the Time to take back your Country.

We seemed to have strayed a bit.
I realize that technically there may be a difference between the East and Western states, I don't think the land patent approach would work in th East.

In any case has anyone got a documented "win" in terms of property taxes ?

that's the million dollar question for sure

i don't think the LP is the answer although it is part of the solution...i think the LP isn't a document that says "LP" but a clear chain of title back to the beginning that is certified via Affidavit....

i think it is easy to break your contract w/ the town. the hard part is getting the town to leave you alone even though there is no more contract. ie how do you stop a thief from robbing you? paperwork won't stop them......

Well if you did disconnect or break the contract with them and they did something to cause "damage" (waste your time/money, come on your land, serve papers, or whatever they might do) you them have a criminal situation, via damages, and they could be sued ....

I believe that we have all provided enough information where we could put a process in place to successfully separate ourselves from the municipality.

However, the problem is that the municipality will still be expecting their money from someone. Yes, you have legally separated yourself from them but that doesn't mean they will take your property off of their tax rolls. They will demand they get their money from someone and when they don't they will demand to take control of the property.

How will they achieve this? The same way they have achieved most of what they have achieved - unlawfully and with force. Their side will have more power (guns and control of the courts as well as the majority of the brainwashed media and people) than your side.
