Land Patent: Can it belong to Man AND wife?
I'd like it to, but I guess it wouldn't have to since my wife is my heir. Just wanted to know if it is acceptable to file the paperwork in both names, since both names are on my Warranty Deed.

Can't see any reason why not... as a matter of fact, it has been done by others.
