New Florida town would restrict abortion

As long as there were no restrictions on the particular denomination that a man or woman selected as their foundation in faith, I would have no problem with it.

No-one is being forced to live there. It is a choice that is being made by the people that choose to live there. As such, where could there be any violation of any alleged Constitution?

As long as that municipality didnt receive any funding from state or federal sources, there wouldnt be a problem I'd think. Nonetheless, it would behoove someone like Monaghan to update any land patents to keep the feds off of his back. Those adhesion contracts are killa!

Yup, homedog mos def needs the land patents, otherwise the District court judge will take silent jud notice that there is feudal title
