Land Patent Questions Left Unanswered
much has been discused about the paperwork, procedures needed to get allolidal title.. however,
what name do you need to record this land in?
you need to record allodial title in your non-caps name?
can corporate entinties own land since that is what the international bankers do to us?
Do you have to be a national to get a land patent, if so how?
Why do some people say you need to be a national to get a land patent? Are they confusing land patents with huge land purchases like the native americans do for there casinos.? what is the major distinction with govt. requests for land and land patents. some people claim if your not a native american or something, forget about land patents.
next question: can you purchase a piece of property, land?? pay off all federal liens and then patent it.. i know patents , you dont pay for the land, but if you want a specific piece of land, you obviously have to pay for that lot, pay all federal liens, then patent it accordingly.
Please review every question, and post your thoughts. and please suijuris soldiers lets keep the post relevant and not get off on non-related tangents..
Thank you,
Tha Mystical One

since there would have to be a treaty tween US and Hawaii, seek there first, then the enabling Act of Congress regarding same.

You dont know, so quit pretending.
all posts by idknow seek to neutralize any further inquiry, and obviously when you post you dont look at the relevant questions, you talk out of your a___ and just pick one question out of many and post a weak response.. if you dont know , just tell everyone you dont know and dont try to pretend like you know, you just make yourself look like a fool.. i am not just speaking for myself either,, i read your responses to my posts, lehalais posts, satoris posts, weis posts. and so far none of your post have had any value except someone trying to come across as smart.. Just Start a big thread that says, idknow knows nothing, but likes to tag along on others posts.. Sorry to come down so hard on you and this wasnt intended to start any factionalization or division between you and i, just speaking on the frivilous nature of your posts and they will be ignored from now on. anyone else that has intelligent comment will be taken with a little more respect and further inquiry.

There is nothing "enabling" of the Acts of Congress regarding Hawai'i except the facts and the insistence of the US to avoid the international legal matters by perpetuating the grandest fraud yet. Check you out! As TREATY is the Law of the Land, then what Act of Congress or law might you/they (the US) be referring to? Let's not go there, I think mystic one hit you on the head with this one. I AM of Hawai'i.

How does the US backpaddle on two previous Treaties? On these, they did agree to Navigation and Commerce, but conveniently forget the Friendship clause.....hhmmm, to steal the Kingdom perhaps?
I fail to see where Congress gets it's power to over rule that of a Treaty.
You might also find this verbiage interesting:

The Government of the Republic of the United States of America and the Government of His Majesty the King of Hawaii,....

Yes! Emphasized by the fact that many RailRoad companies received patents that are still active today.

Yes you can do as described above. However, any patent being issued today (1976-2006) are restricted on the mineral rights. Therefore, you cannot in essence receive an alodial title under todays laws.

land questions
so, without allodial title you still have to pay property taxes. or even though you dont have allodial title and just patent, your in the clear still?
why do they say us citizens can not patent there land.
doo you have to record patent in non caps name.
if so this just contradicts other stuff since the feds and railroad co. have patents in there corporate name, just not citizens?
Just dont record patent in your all caps name?
patent= no property taxes, or since allodial title doesnt exist after 1996 you can get 100$ ownership of land anymore..
What is the legal term for "buying a lot" is just buying a land deed? the rights to it, but not title?

MysticOne: Please be more concise in your questions.
A: "without allodial title you still have to pay property taxes." This appears to be a presumption you are making and I do not know where you get the information you are leaning on to enable such a presumption. I am presuming that you are addressing these remarks to me.
B: "even though you dont have allodial title and just patent, your in the clear still?"
What is meant by "your in the clear still"?

I have no idea of who you are talking about and also have no idea of where they receive their information. Most, if not all, acts of Congress require that you be a US Citizen in order to get a land patent.

If you are volunteering as a 14th amendment citizen of the US in order to receive a land patent, then the land patent you request will be filed under the all caps name per their standard operating procedures. The old original land patents were issued under the upper/lower case names of the recipient.

At this point, due to the lack of clarity in your questions, I am forced to suggest that you visit the download section and study, study, study the information made available there, and then perhaps come back with questions that are based upon a higher understanding of the concepts involved. I apologize for not being able to assist you any further in this matter until you have read the available information.
