Want a Land Patent? LISTEN UP!

If you live in one of the original 13 colonies, I just fount a direct route to the original land patent holder, if it was a relative.



Go to or call the State Archives for your state. They keep records of this stuff and can authenticate it.

a have already called ny state archives. Not sure what tio with the info. once I get it.

Also, once the original grant holder sold or assigned the land off, now only the counties have that info.

Still not sure exactly whats needed and how do I use that info.
