That is indeed very interesting. If in fact it reads as you say it does, and it is a certified copy of the original, and you can prove that you are a descendant of Zeb, then you can literally oust anyone that is on the property, Provided, in part, that the land was never taken as a result of a tax problem.... that is unlikely, if your claim of the statement is absolutely accurate. It should never have gotten into the equity status with that kind of language on the patent/grant. Without a doubt, there were some shyster attorneys involved with whoever has equity on the property at this time.
