No immunity for government re tresspass
Check out the court order here.
"Common law and constitutional principles of governmental or soveriegn immunity have never permitted government agents to commit trespasses in violation of property rights"
"Under the Federal Tort Claims Act similarily, federal law enforcement officers who generally enjoy absolute immunity from tort liablity may nonetheless be held liable for damages for the tort of trespass."
See the court order for other authorities...

If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.

No immunity for government re tresspass
Jim and I were just discussing this the other day. A situation arose awhile back... we were discussing the void judgment and the consequences the parties will face having acted upon that void judgment.
And this -- wow -- this is good stuff!
Soon as I saw it I thought about that conversation and had to send him the link.
