LAND PATENT QUESTION

I had read the same thing...don't really have a fundamental problem with it....
For myself I was planning on timing the use of my exemption to discharge my mortgage...I was thinking of starting the clock on my public notice for my affidavit of claim on my land patent number to coincide on my "lender's" receipt of my paperwork... via registered mail w/returned reciept...extinguishing the "debt"....that way, it won't appear to the system that I am doing anything "underhanded" or dishonorable...like trying to perfect a patent to use against the "lender"....
The question itself is interesting since the liens are all secured by real estate, supposedly not to be confused with the land....
