1 Democratic republic = communist. Was that a slip?
No, but it says a great deal about your lack of knowledge.
2 You need to read what was written in the times before the declaration of independence.
Was there something in particular you would like to misconstrue or just the document as a whole?
3 We aren't idiots, please don't treat us as such.
Then I would strongly suggest you quit acting the part.
Rob, as usual your ignorance speaks volumes.

There have been Republics, Democracies, and Democratic Republics since the beginning of nations. We have and have had since the founding of the nation a Republic, that is what it is called and that is what it legally is. It is a democratic republic in that the greater majority of the population has the franchise whereas in some the franchise, if there were one belonged only to a restricted class.

Yeah, sure ND, whatever you say. Keep digging, people can see you for what you are. A liar/disinfo troll.

Oops!!!

What if you quit to claim some land to a 'trusting friend' and now he won't give it back as verbally promised? Can a Land Patent filed after the fact put a cloud on the land so he won't be able to get a loan on it? He paid nothing for the land. He was to help me out with a loan. It didn't work. Now he won't give it back. I can file my land patent onThurdsday. Am I going to be protected from this stupid mistake?

Didn't mean to post twice or change direction of conversation but where does it all fit together after a land patent is on it? If I pay the taxes under the Land Patent - is it really mine?

I KNOW I am ignorant - but every day...a little less!

How do I file the UCC 1 to protect my property that I have paid off? I have one creditor attempting to get hands on it and I have successfully defended myself with reservation of rights in court from UCC 1-207. Please advise.

I have searched for this information on this site, fyi. Thank you.
