Reading some of the topics since New Orleans was leveled has me mildly amused.
Here are some basic thoughts....
1. As valiant a fight it may be to get rid of your SSN, stop paying taxes, get out of the driver's license scheme, etc., what good does any of that really serve but paint you with a neon bullseye for the powers that be to home in on?
2. Although I believe it's very possible New Orleans' destruction was largely part of a NWO test for the coming police state, how does ranting and raving over it really help us deal with what is coming?
3. I went to law school foolishly believing that I could make a difference. I didn't think life was fair, but I thought the law was just...that it was crooked lawyers twisting just law to do injustice. I quickly learned the law itself was crooked beyond repair.
In the end, my conclusion was this....there is a lot more of THEM than there is of US. I know if enough of us woke up to what was going on and resisted, it would shatter their scheme, but that goal is largely unrealistic.
So, as I see things, I have two basic options:
A. Rant, rave and rage against the machine with all my might. Make myself a public spectacle and pariah who can't get a job and everyone thinks is a loon in an effort to convince every Sheeple I encounter that the evil secret government and thier Illuminati-type controllers are out to ensalve and slaughter the masses.
B. Enjoy life, keep my eyes open, put my contingency plan in place, and be ready to head for the hills when the ballon goes up.
Frankly, I embrace option B. I've tried to warn people. The masses just don't listen and won't do anything to see the truth until some soldier (or state trooper) puts a gun in their face and tells them to lick their boots or die. The few who do listen, I've come to realize, are best reached with much more subtlety. So many want to paint the New Orleans disaster as a NWO experiment. That may be the case, but we will never get enough proof to expose it as such....the people holding the reins of power will see to that.
Bit by bit, I'm putting as much of my "bug out" bag together as I can. I need to do a lot more, but I'm contrained by finances. I know areas I can go, and my first priority will be to find others who are willing to help me in exchange for my knowledge, skills and labor. Otherwise, I'll keep doing things playing by "their" rules because it might keep me a "slave" but it also gives me the maximum latitude to operate to put my "escape plan" together.
When the poop hits the fan, the state will be too busy rounding up the lemmings to worry about those who decide not to comply. They will come for us AFTER the masses are under control, not before.
Likewise, I think a lot of us are railing over the wrong things. Maybe it's defeatism to say we won't win the war on the USA becoming a police state. The warning was sounded long ago, the masses refuesed to listen, now the police state is pretty much already here. I think we should plan for how we will stay outside once we are made outlaws by government decree for not lining up and going to the camps as ordered. Everything else is just not practical or getting the results we really are hoping for.
Not that a miracle can't happen to turn back the tide, but I don't expect enough people to come and see the light without a major disaster forcing the police state into action BEFORE the time is right, exposing it for the monster it really is. That's just my pragmatic viewpoint.
