Yep. Just shows that you can't trust the lying bastards to even lie properly.
I know someone who was there, first hand account, It was not pretty nor good for the government. He and his group were trying to help but were hindered more often than allowed to help so I can't help but believe the stories about the abuses are true for the most part.
