Play the audio file through headphones. Put the speakers pointing toward one another and listen with only one ear. The physician who has the Rife Machine I have shown here had an elderly patient. When he heard about the machine he disclosed that he was a fellow researcher with Royal Richard RIFE. The doctor got first hand account of the AMA thugs raiding Rife's laboratory now and again.

She has two books one, "The Cure for All Disease" I believe. "The Cure for All Cancers" may have the Syncrometer circuit. I think these are the Zapper and the Way Circuit below it. I also have the NAET Book ((Dr.) Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Techniques), "Say Good-Bye to Illness".
If you examine the circuit at the top of the linked image, it is not hard to see what happened with Hulda Reutger CLARK. She has a small radio comparator that makes noise when the signet from the samples matches the signets being picked up between the probes. And the central South American intestinal fluke has a similar signet to most cancers. Conversely, the same eradication techniques to get rid of the fluke will drive out cancer. I do not know if Hulda has ever realized this but that is why she got laughed out of the US to Mexico where she still accrues reams of favorable testimony - while the AMA labels her The Flukey Dr. Hulda Clark. She painted herself in the corner with the intermediate conclusion; that cancer is caused by a central South American intestinal fluke! Of course that gets about any scientist laughing out loud.
I improved the sensitivity a bit with a radio comparator and amplifier - two channels. Instead of simple biofeedback (training the Celiac/Solar Plexus) to devitalize the pathogen/disease/cancer this circuit is specifically for characterizing the signet of the pathogen. Sweeps are run across both channels, a healthy tissue subtracted from a diseased tissue will reveal by raw data subtraction, the disease.
About the quantum devices. Those seem a bit magical. I visited the therapist and a visiting nurse was administering vaccines for his upcoming trip to Central America. I thought "Great!", he is being injected with about six different (inactive) diseases. So we turned on the machine (we thought) and the software detected high amounts of each vaccine disease. Cool. I hooked up my DSO and was having troubles getting anything like my first visit. Later he called me and the actual (blue paneled) device was unplugged from the wall the whole time! The therapist calls it hyperspace and I agree with an infinite soup of information and possibilities. But still, it seems a bit magical.

Well, like I said; her being a trained doctor we probably don't see eye-to-eye on advanced-resonance. So far as I know she still thinks treating intestinal flukes cures cancer.
