Question Contact Negotiations Analysis & Contractual Relations Specialists
Anyone heard of these people? http://www.nacrs.org/ I went to their site and found cds being sold for a $1000 on how to create, issue, and even monetize bonds through the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation. Just curious as to the legitimacy of this organization.

Have you checked all their menu come out blank when you click it including their contact info etc? Well, that tell you something, they not for real. Don't be surprise if they pocket your money, without any return or info you requested.
They are just another con-artist period.
