Well, here is my every 6 month frustration post. ive been in this movement since around 1999 and have come across many remedies to our problems with the government and im still tickled that newbies and even old heads are still spinning wheels looking for the perfect remedy to our problems whether its the irs, travel, criminal or civil matters, debts, mortgages,etc. The only solution is TAKING THEIR PROPERTY. If you sit back and look at all the organizations that have all these different programs and strategies, the one thing they avoid or dont tell you is it aint gonna work if a police officer,attorney or judge isnt afraid of civil or criminal penalties. why would they punish each other? they are NOT. they may let a title 42 lawsuit slide in outta every 2 million cases filed just to make the system look like its working. look at rodney king for example, video tape of a beatdown and they still tried to get out of it. just 3 days ago a teenager in georgia was slammed on his neck by a police officer and paralyed for life for refusing to submit to a strip search. you think that police officer fears a lawsuit? why, when they commit murder and kidnap on a daily basis around this country and get it cosigned by the district attorney office and the judges. until we start contracting with these people and taking their **** and letting the public know thats the only remedy, we have NO CHANCE. you aint gonna get a court to punish their own. now, as far as criminal actions against them, there are two methods ive come across, why the hell cant we do citizens arrest on judges, attornies and others who violate the constitution? why cant we issue common law warrants? why cant we bring complaints directly to a grand jury (which is being discussed on appeal in new jersey as we speak). i had a friend tell me one time that theres only two ways you can get respect, earn it or TAKE IT. you must be respected and the police , judges and attornies are not respecting the people, and truth is truth, woe on to you if you are a man or woman of moorish or other ethnic nationality and the respect is much worser, thats the reality of what we are dealing with. i used to be a correctional officer as ive told many people on the internet, (federal and state) and witnessed first hand the racism and corruption of the so called justice system. Roger Elwick is waay out there with his teachings, but his basic premise is correct, you have to take the equity from them, Winston Strout teaches this also and Wade Starr. say what you want about redemption, its really based on the bankruptcy, a liquidation is a liquidation and its true, you go to jail for dishonor, doesnt have crap to do with law, thats why you have to find a way to take the equity back from them and remain in honor, make them dishonor their own system.
