I thought PM could just ignore all the laws and that is how he won. This must be a new and improved "those laws don't apply to me" theory. This is what happens when a dumb-ass tries to play "law" with stupid ideas!

"Pierce County prosecutors on Thursday charged a man with illegally snatching four of his six children from Tacoma and taking them to his Kitsap County home where he engaged police in an hours-long standoff.
Mark Edward Berty, 39,(aka garibaldi at ***, and Planetmark at Suijuris.net) is charged with four counts of custodial interference, one count of violating a domestic violence court order and four counts of violating a protection order. A plea of not guilty was entered on his behalf.

Superior Court Judge Bryan Chushcoff ordered Berty held in lieu of $1 million bail. Berty’s wife, Trudy Lynn Spence, (aka marksgirl) was charged with four counts of second-degree kidnapping and jailed in lieu of $500,000 bail. A not guilty plea was entered on her behalf also.

Court documents indicate Berty and Spence, also 39, grabbed the four kids as they walked to school Tuesday, violating a court order prohibiting Berty from contacting them.

According to an affidavit filed by prosecutors, Berty’s ex-wife told police she feared for her children’s safety “because of the defendant’s behavior and the fact that he has taken a personal stand against the government and believed he was living in a lawless state.”

Of course, this is comming from a guy who seems to get confused easily. Here are some of his better writtings.

There is nothing that will get one out of kidnapping which is a charge with an injured party.

I have no advice for this other then hope and pray for stupid jury who will acquit.

I do not even hope he gets off of his charges. He did steal his kids. He had no right to. He should not have made 6 children and got a divorce if he could not handle divorce orders.

More so if he was not a biggot in the way he controlled the women in his life maybe the first one would not have left him.

He will lose.

By the sounds of his argument Codee, it looks as though he has the court on the ropes! LOL.

I bet he goes to a padded room for awhile. What a NUT. Atleast we aren't reading that he killed them.

You have the love the part when he say's he's "not a us citizen". Thats too damn much! (Who cares dumb ass, you're in STATE court!)

I never thougth anyone would be stupid enough to get up in court and spew such crap out of their mouths! Totally unbelievable! The UCC-1 crap was way to much lol!

I emailed the paper who reported it, and sent a few links to planetmarks "prized" theories! I couldn't resist, especially when they called his ideas "baffeling"!! Maybe if they read enough BS they will catch on lol.

I wonder if they will go back and nail his butt for all the fraud he's pulled. I love how he always gets "the wife" involved! This is book material for sure!!

I find it kind of funny, when he was screaming at me when I told him they would make him sell his house for being a dead beat, and they did!

There is a perfect example of stupidy mixed up in the world of law. "those laws don't apply" lol, sure they do! I guess thats one way of getting out of your responsability to your six children, just get you butt thrown in jail for a long time.
