Update-Assignment#2 on Page 2

[b]O.K. , some ground rules:

The person initiating the assignment should have found the original information.No new assignment can be administered until the previous search is found.
ASSIGNMENT ONE
Find the original document proving that the United States became a corporation by an act of Congress.The criteria is that the document must be found on an ACTUAL GOVERNMENT website. Quotes from other websites or downloads of the originals from non-government websites ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. The Act of Congress must be located on an official government website & the document itself must be located. HAVE FUN!!!

UPDATE#1:

I will provide hints upon request

[color=black][b]Ladies & Gentlemen, will you please applaud the Sui Juris memeber known as Test</u.>. Test is the winner!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dattwing, thanks for taking on the challenge-It took me about an hour or more, myself.

The Library of congress was the only official source I could find it. it goes from page 419-429. I've yet to read the whole thing.

If you want, we are working on how to find cites on how to prove common law fraud. Bowman started it HERE. Scroll down to the 4th thread down.

I encourage you to read from the 1st page on through, though.

Thanks again for participating, guys. If anyone else has one post it here.

Remember, that as Sovereigns, we want to conduct our affairs responsibly OUTSIDE of statutory law.

[color=black]
ASSIGNMENT TWO
[b]O.K., new one guys. Find the official government link that explains the rules for the use of brackets on documents.

This may sound like busy-body work, but you will see why some of us put our zip codes in these things like my zip [33613]

Hints will be provided.

[color=black][b]L2DOGS WINS !!!!!!!!!!!

It is called the Rule of Brackets & is found under the punctuation guidlines of the Government Printing Office HERE

Look at 8.20
In bills, contracts, laws, etc., to indicate matter that is to be omitted.
Check out how to use this in a traffic ticket situation HERE. Scroll to the 5th thread down.

BTY, we are trying to help Bowman & a host of others with building a case on the basis of common law fraud. The key is to prove reliance. Help us out. I have provided some useful search terms to get us started HERE. Scroll down to the 4th thread down but you should read all of the pages.
