A home is offered

Hello all,



I was talking to a friend this morning and was offered a home to stay in while we continue to work things out in the private regarding our home that the summary judgment was rendered on. The home that has been offered is 2000 sq ft and is brand new. It is approximately 1 hr from where we live now.



This will allow us to stay out of court and continue in the private for settlement and closure. If we can not settle we have been told we can buy the home that has been offered to us if we find that we like it and want to stay. There would be no attorneys, realtors, or anyone else involved in the transaction. My wife and I will take a look at it this weekend and will consider moving in.



Hey guys this is what I call answered prayer. These people are like minded and would possibly accept a BoE for processing through their bank. These are issues that would have to be worked out. They own the property outright and would work a deal with us so that we could have a home to live in.



Is this not cool?!!! Of course my wife and I have to pray about it because it means my wife would have an hour commute each way to work.

I was getting discouraged and my friend made the offer. That is just another confirmation that the Lord is at work in the lives of my family. I could not believe my ears. It means my daughter may have to switch schools, but we may be able to use another address here where we live now so that does not happen. She has one more year in High School and then it does not matter at all.



This is what happens when God's people come toegther and pray. Now it really does not matter what the court does. This takes much pressure off of us and allows the process to work privately. If we settle and close on this current home then we can move back or sell or whatever we wish to do. Now we can continue in the private for the records to be changed showing us to be the rightful lien holders on this property.

The house needs a well pump, and tank, a water heater, carpeting, and a tub for one bathroom. If we can supply those then we can move in. It has been said to us that it would be interest free as well. This is truly the Lord at work.
