The biggest problem is what rights are we talking about here? Is it civil rights or the rights guaranteed by the Constitution. Most people are familiar with civil rights because that is all the media will speak of. 99% of the sheople out there haven't got a clue as to what rights they have under the Constitution. If you do not know what rights you have how can you enforce them? If you cannot enforce them or know howto enforce them you do not have any. Sure people believe they have rights, but do they know what those rights are?



As far as the Constitution having holes is concerned, I disagree with you. If it does not have holes or I guess what I should say is weaknesses, then how is it that they can use Article 1 Section 8 Clause 17 to create federal areas and rope everyone into it by the use of the Buck Act under Title 4 USC? Just look at all the federal areas that have been created to enslave the people.



As far as contracts are concerned I have seen your and others posts stating that if there is no full disclosure the contract is void. I agree with you. The problem is many people do not know this or even how to determine there has not been full disclosure. How is one going to dipute that contract if they do not know how or why they are disputing it? The truth is it is void as all mortgages are void or voidable. Why is it that most mortgage contracts are enforced and not voided ? It is because of ignorance. This you cannot dispute. If someone does not know the contract is based in fraud they are not going to dispute it's validity are they? In this case they are stuck are they not? Quoting from Scripture: "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge." Funny thing is most people do not want to believe the truth, as they would have to take a action and do something.

I was speaking of "natural" rights ... anyone that realizes they have any "right" at all will come to understand the "right" is "natural".



But you do have a valid point... they speak so much of "civil" rights that it could be confusing to some. But this is part of their "propaganda" machine. They would like people to believe that the only rights they have are those rights bestowed upon them by the government. In other words, they want them to believe they are "slaves".



A lie told often enough becomes true ??



When it comes to the government and contracts -- do you think the government is going to inform the "sleepers" that they are under contract? Probably not.



But let's remember, when we discuss issues in here there isn't any reason to include the "sleepers". Discussing fact among "like - minded" people is one thing ... but there isn't any sense in bringing the "sleepers" into it. If I remember correctly, we were discussing some issue or another and you brought in those that really don't have the same understanding that you and I have in order to make a point.



Hell, it's been so long, I can't even remember where that thread was.



But, the comments you quoted were from that thread in which I pointed out that bringing those without the same knowledge that we have into the discussion wasn't furthering any point.



I look at it like this: If they don't know, they need to be informed. If I attempt to assist them with info and they refuse it -- then screw 'em.



The truth is that none of us are really obligated to others. We are here to protect our freedoms... we are here seperately, attempting to protect our personal freedom. And by attempting to protect ourself, we add and build on the ability of others to protect themselves, the same as they add and build on ours.



Being "self serving" has made each one of us a small part of a large number with one eventual goal -- CHANGE.



The change we seek is really a simple one ...
