GOT ONLINE LEXIS/WESTLAW ACCESS? READ THIS!!!

[color=black][b]C_C, Westlaw & Lexis don't have any of those titles. This is almost like chasing a ghost. I've been on tons of databases here, & NADA. You might have to make me go downstairs in the cellar & knock the dust off some FR pubs.

P.S. After seeing your three different threads that you've started concerning those docs, we get the idea that you want those publications

Weishaupt: Thank you for your help but I only have 1 thread on the FED publications and someone suggested that I post a second thread here. With respect to the Spears case, this is my first request for this case to be Sheppardized.

[color=black][b]I've got it downloaded & ready to forward to you. The Lexis only allows you to research or validate citations of U.S. Supreme Court cases.

it forces you to enter the first number & then a drop down menu only gives choices for U.S. / S. Ct./L. Ed./L Ed. 2d & U.S. Lexis then it forces the second number to be added after it. keywords are prohibites. The only numbers I have to clown around with in the case are these:
745 N.E.2d 862; 2001 Ind. App. LEXIS 509
Ladies & Gentleman, will you please recognize C_C's second star !
