[color=black][b]C_C, Westlaw & Lexis don't have any of those titles. This is almost like chasing a ghost. I've been on tons of databases here, & NADA. You might have to make me go downstairs in the cellar & knock the dust off some FR pubs.

Weishaupt: Thank you for your help but I only have 1 thread on the FED publications and someone suggested that I post a second thread here. With respect to the Spears case, this is my first request for this case to be Sheppardized.

it forces you to enter the first number & then a drop down menu only gives choices for U.S. / S. Ct./L. Ed./L Ed. 2d & U.S. Lexis then it forces the second number to be added after it. keywords are prohibites.
