This "case" happened a few years ago and it happened practically in my own backyard while never once even hearing a peep about it.

[color=black][b]This shows how the judges, the media, and perhaps even this guy's council can be controlled. Maybe this guy needs to read about the attoney -client thing in Corpus.

Do you think this guy's only remedy is to vacate a void judgement? HERE.

I read a bit of it. Seems to me that the judge was practicing as an attorney for the government ... know what I mean ? Gee, and you thought the judge was supposed to allow both sides to present their case and he was going to "observe" the show ?

Prediction: Enough of this kind of stuff that actually makes it to the ears of the public and you will see more than just a "distrust" of government occurring out there.

With every passing day I see the last resort of that "third box" looming on the horizon.

It's getting scary out there folks.
