How do I let someone to take over my car payments

Hi, I am upside down on my car. I have to move out of the country soon and have decided that the best way to get rid of it is by letting someone take over the payments. I am looking for this group's advice on how to do it. I am planning to have my buyer sign a promissory note for the amount left to pay on the car loan plus insurance. I am also planning to write a separate agreement where the buyer promises to pay any tickets and where it will be stipulated that I will transfer ownership of the car after the buyer finishes his/her payments on the promissory note.

Any ideas/suggestions/advice from this group is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
