Man confronts Bush
Check out this video. This guy confronts Bush in a public Q & A. What caught my eye is Bush's immediate reaction which was a kind of swagger that says "Who the f**k does this guy think he is"

It seems they always like to play the rephrase-the-question, tell-them-what-they-asked, describe-something-that-isn't-what's-happening game. We get that a lot here as well.

Yep!! That is the way it sound like. The guy, get a lot of plucky, and asking President all that questions.
