Affidavit Denial Corp Existance

Funny thing happened today, my better half went to the post office today to check the newly aquired p.o. box to see if my duplicate copy of my recorded affidavit of denial of corp existance had arrived. It did, but the funny thing is they did'nt put my name on the envelope, all the other ones they sent back did. It was sent general delivery p. o. box ect. ???????????

My wife has been advised that the debt on several credit cards that her ex husband {deceased} aquired is being charged to her {about 30,000.00}.Since they could'nt find her ,they served her mother who foolishly accepted.Court date APR 22 08.I am totally new to this and could /would appreciate all assistance you can provide. Any docs or forms that can be obtained to help is openly sought...

Check out the posts on refusal for cause. Also, improper service of process, as her mother was not an authorized agent for your wife, unless you tacitly(silently) agree that she was authorized. If you are new to this forum, or the legal industry as a whole, you should research everything you can get your hands on as far as contracts are concerned. These adversaries are experts in contract law, and experts in your ignorance of the same.
