Voting. What a disaster
an hour and a half, because they changed up the voting procedure.
I voted, but I am not so sure I want to do that again.
It really felt in my guy like the biggest waste of time.
I did it to see if I could be part of a growing mass that says, "We ain't voting D or R!"
Sorry to vent.

Voting. What a disaster
I will have to agree w/you HB. I wanted to vote this election very badly. I have a big problem with all the info they have to have before they will even issue a v reg card. But I thot I had them happy until I tried to vote about an hour ago. They needed photo ID w/my current address on it. That is no small issue. I haven't had any form of US issued photo ID for about 4 years, and I don't get any mail whatsoever to a physical address. Basically, if you ain't playing their game you ain't votin. I hear you loud and clear. Wait til I get my passport, then we'll see.
Just curious tho, has anyone else ever been turned away from their right to vote? I know too many people that the state has decided that they can't vote because they are a dangerous criminal, sarcasm sarcasm!! I will shut up now. Just very pissed off!!

Me? Vote? Ain't gonna happen.
What I did find interesting...this time...was a few blurbs about both candidates being in the lineage of the Duke of Windsor, and how GWB is a direct descendant of none-other than ol' Vlad, the Impaler.
Seems nearly all our Presidents come from a "royal" bloodline....
Now, why does that not surprise me?

I come from a Royal Bloodline and I'm just a regular guy.
No, I don't want to get into it ... let's just say I have a cousin that was once a King.

Voting. What a disaster
Today was my last time voting.
Putting holes in a ballot is not the only way to vote...
I am just so sick of the fact that people won't vote for a libertarian candidate, that it makes me WANT them to get what they deserve.

Mornin', Ice...
See? You somehow managed to retain, oh, let's say, your humanity and decency. How come "they" can't?
Uh-oh. I just thought of something. Now that you've gone public with this, "they" might come for you in the middle of the night and drag into their evil webs of lies and deceit.....
Go have yourself a good day. Been up since 0530 Monday, it's now 0317 Tuesday, and I gotta be back in truck @ 0500 this morning. Ain't this gonna be fun?
Have I mentioned how much I loathe my brain for not shutting down when I try to sleep?

Ice 'n Ices have the same trouble shutting down the brain when sleep is needed.
Don't worry about "them" coming for me . . . I don't have anything they want and can't do them any good [ as far as I can tell ]. I would probably be more trouble than I'm worth.

THE MOST PATHETIC THING IS THAT MOST PEOPLE ASSUME THAT EVERYBODY SHOULD BE EITHER A DEM OR REP. IT'S PRETTY SAD THAT MOST PEOPLE WON'T CONSIDER A THIRD OR FOURTH PARTY. I ASKED A BUNCH OF PEOPLE LAST NIGHT IF THEY HAD EVER HEARD OF THE LIBERTARIAN OR CONSTITUTIONAL PARTY. MOST OF THEM SAID "WHO CARES ABOUT OTHER PARTIES, THEY CAN'T WIN".

Voting. What a disaster
Absolute had no problem voting. I went in there disquised as a little old fat lady.. Well there is more to the story. So let back up. Went over to the university, cause thats where my son has to go to vote. Had this interesting encounter with these budding freshman students on a mission. Seems they had a history project and where armed with questions. As there were no visual indicators of what direction the voters needed to go in this university arena, we started looking around for clues.
The boys walked over and were a little reluctant to speak
however, not being the one to waste an opportunity to plant a seed, and after they directed us to the voting room I volunteered to answers some questions. Although I was not voting there but in another precinct I gave them some juciy tidbits of information and some interesting words thay had never heard before. I told them I was a civil rights investigator which I am. Got instant attention. Told those boys to go look those words up. I hope they do. Went over to my voting area, a cop came in behind me. Small town you know. ..Hello! Not a problem, never asked me for an ID. Yep, even printed my name and sui juris always. Oh I forgot At the arena a little old lady asked me if I was voting there. Told her no. I am just observing. Oh, well do you have identification. I told her no and it was unconstitutional to ask. She took off like a bat out of hell. Really. From last I heard my state is still colored white. Well I am sure it must be because the politicians are doing busy work. Oh I have to go. I want to watch the beautiful sunset in the land of enchantment.
Oh hey, from what I hear there is a very good chance that old W probably is related to the empaler. Well what happened to the empaler. All I know is George has suddenly become the most popular boy in school. He just needs to pay attention when he is reading a book. It is a litle more diffucult to read things upside down. However it can be done. Hey Guys, want to buy the golden gate bridge? Before I drop this conversation. I know my heritage too. I don't recall any occult skull and bones in my closet. Oh well where did I put them. I voted libertrian.
