Was it repossessed for failure to make payments? If you can prove it was stolen then file a police report and an insurance claim. Did it have full coverage? They may cover a rental car until a new car can be furnished. Not sure of all the particulars of your case.

Let me get this straight - he went to the bank and was physically held against his will? If that is the case, go to the police and press charges for kiddnapping!

And if he was not behind on the payments/did not default, then add grand theft auto to the charge also!

I agree. file the police report first.The police will tell you the next step to be taking.

Sunshine,

I'm not sure of what you mean by "Sovereignty Papers" but if you are trying to make public who you are---a simple affidavit will do but I don't think it is necessary since there is no burden of proof on you to prove who you are when you state who you are whenever you decide to.
