Fellow Fire Lighters,
I am reporting to you from Naples, Florida, which is on
the Gulf coast almost directly west of Ft. Lauderdale.Â*
This city was not on our original list of places to
visit, however we quickly added it when we found
ourselves without a place to sleep late Friday night.Â*
Southern Florida always does a booming business in
early spring as snowbirds migrate away from winter
weather, however this year has been out of the
ordinary.Â* After spending two hours on the phone and
Internet, the closest motel vacancy we could find was
in Naples, over 120 miles west... and there were very
few openings here.
We are safe and warm today, and are prepared to
continue our hectic schedule tomorrow, however our
campaign finances are not prepared to carry us much
beyond that.Â* I need your help to continue "Lighting
the fires of Liberty, one heart at a time!"Â* We need
money for gas and food in order to continue our quest.Â*
That's where you come in.Â* You can make a financial
contribution by visitingÂ*
http://www.badnarik.com/collect.html or
http://www.amazon.com (follow the link to Presidential
candidates)Â* With your help, I will be able to follow
through with my commitments to visit several more
states before seeing you in Atlanta, Georgia.Â* Thanks
in advance for your support and understanding.
I want to thank BIll and Cyndi for giving us a place to
recuperate in Ocala after last weekend's convention.Â*
Jon and I were able to get the sleep we needed, and
found time to do the laundry that had piled up since
Tucson.Â* I am happy to report that there are plans to
rejuvenate the Marion County LP in order to rebuild the
party in that area.
One of the topics in my Constitution class is the
subject of law.Â* Most people have no idea what
jurisdiction they are in when they go into a "court of
law".Â* The readers of this newsletter are familiar with
the startling announcement by Rick Stanley's judge that
he was not permitted to mention the Constitution during
his trial.Â* Amazingly, a couple in Oregon know the law
so well that they have the Supreme Court in that state
on the verge of ADMITTING that their statutory
jurisdiction is outside the scope of the Constitution!Â*
To summarize, a lawsuit was filed against the governor
and other state officials.Â* The Supreme Court ordered
the governor and other defendants to respond within a
certain time limit.Â* Because there was no response, the
court is required to issue a "default", which means
that all of the accusations are assumed to be true
because they were not contested.Â* Here is an excerpt
from an eMail that I received recently.
OREGON COURT MELTDOWN - GOVERNMENT SHATTERED, SET TO
IMPLODE
Salem, Oregon - A default was filed in the Oregon
Supreme Court today on a Declaratory Judgement case
Gaston, Ex Rel People of Oregon Vs Ted Kulongoski,
Governor and other elected officials.Â* On December 12,
2003, the Oregon Supreme Court issued an order for
Governor Kulongoski, Attorney General Hardy Myers,
Standards and Practices Commissioner Patrick Hearn and
Supreme Court Chief Justice Wallace Carson to respond
with a memorandum disputing the criminal factual
evidence and designated court records filed with the
Declaratory Judgement that outline extreme corruption,
unconstitutional rule making, fraud and systemic abuse
by state agencies and agents against children and
adults in the state. [snip] As the court default
outlines, there has been no response from any
responding party.Â* The issues of the Declaratory
Judgement filed on December 12, 2003, outline a totally
unaccountable governor, justice department, ethics and
standards commission and court system.Â* The failure to
respond is out of complete breakdown at this time of
the rule of Law in Oregon. [snip] When asked on the
Record if the Oregon Supreme Court was "a court of
constitutional judicial due process", [the judge] said
"I CANNOT RESPOND further than to say you are in the
Oregon Supreme Court".Â* The court could not and did not
and has not established lawful jurisdiction.Â* (for more

Anyone who reads my newsletter knows that I think the
IRS should be abolished to put an end to their
harassment of the American people.Â* Here are some
excerpts from article by Bob Schulz called America's #1
Tax Cheat found at:Â*
http://www.newswithviews.com/Schulz/bob.htm
Were you aware that a Federal Court has ruled that no
one can be refused a job for failure to have or provide
a Social Security number? (See EEOC v. Information
Systems Consulting CA3-92-0169-T IN THE UNITED STATES
DISTRICT COURT NORTHERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS DALLAS
DIVISION) It may actually be unlawful for an employer
to terminate or not hire you merely for failure to fill
out IRS Form W-4 or W-9.Â* [snip] Consider, if you will,
some highly interesting court cases from the last 15
years in which Americans, who had refused to file, were
tried and found not guilty. Below are the names of the
those found not guilty, the cities where the trials
took place and the dates:
Thomas Reeves, Paducah, Kentucky, January 1988
Mr. Franklin Sanders, Memphis, Tennessee, July, 1991
(and 16 other defendants)
Gabe Scott, Fairbanks, Alaska, July, 1992
Lloyd Long, Chattanooga, Tennessee, October, 1993
Fred Allnut, Sr. and son Christopher, Baltimore,
Maryland, March 1996
Gaylon "Whitey" Harrell, Logan County, Illinois, May
26, 2000
Don Fecay, Detroit, Michigan, August, 2001
Vernice Kuglin, Memphis, Tennessee, August 8, 2003
(for more information on Ms. Kuglin, read my previous
newsletter, [036] Death is mandatory - Taxes are NOT!!)
It should be noted that there have been several hundred
convictions for willful failure to file income tax
returns in the same time period as the cases noted
above. We have seen no proof that the government has
ever put into evidence the specific code section that
these convicted Americans allegedly violated. [snip]Â*
Consider the cases cited in this article. What do you
think of the behavior of the courts and other
government entities? How many times in your life have
you correctly sensed someone's guilt, not so much by
the facts at hand, but by the party's behavior when
confronted?
I frequently pose the following question. If "We the
People" created the government by writing the
Constitution, then who works for whom?Â* Do we work for
them, or do they work for us?Â* The answer I get an
overwhelming majority of the time is, "Well... they're
supposed to work for us."Â* This answer acknowledges two
things:Â* 1) that government SHOULD work for us; and 2)
that it doesn't.Â* In other words, everybody KNOWS that
our Constitution is being ignored, but they're not sure
what we can do about it.Â* The first step in solving any
problem is first to acknowledge it.Â* We need someone
who is brave enough to step up to the microphone to
challenge the corruption running rampant through our
government.Â* As dangerous as that action may be, that
is the goal of my campaign.Â* If you are tired of
spending half or your life working for the
government... if you would like to be left alone so you
can live your life without constant government
interference... then please contribute as much as you
can to my campaign.Â* David slew Goliath with a rock,
but somebody had to buy him a slingshot.Â* Please visit

http://www.amazon.com and donate as much as you can to
support my fight for Liberty.
Thank you.
