What am I?

I am a non-party witness and there is a motion to compel for sanctions in front of the court.

The motion is to compel me (the non-party witness) to comply with a subpoena decus tecum. I have notified the opposing attorney of my "questions".
And he has motioned the court to sanction me.

Now I want to motion the court to deny his motion.
My quesiton is - When I file my documents, what am I - Sui Juris, In Propria Persona, A Sovereign or Pro Per.
