Help - Looking for a Document
Hey folks, I was doing some scholarly type historical research, found a document. Didn't have time to thoroughly read it to determine its value to be included but wanted to read the entire thing. Cleared my history and cache in i.e. for a disk space problem, and now can't remember the search parameters that located the URL in the first place. Here's what it was, any ideas?
It was a document written by one or more attorney's as a brief to the District Courts in DC. It was posted on a .gov site, and also had something like .gov/DC/xxx.PDF
Discusses frivolous arguments and cites cases in support.
The key thing that hit me was this lawyer used some logic that seemed flawed . . . well He said, "all wages are income, profit, or gain because your own labor costs you nothing".
If someone knows the link, please post as I am at a loss to find the document again and I need it for reference to include in a report.
Many Thanks.
