If a couple had agreed to a 'friendly' divorce, where would one find some guidlines for an agreement?

I downloaded into the down load section an affidavit for recission of signature from marriage license application, just use the same concept, after all it is a contract with the so called "state" giving them power of attorney over you and your wife not to mention your kids also, if you have any. Did they tell you that ? I dont think so ! just cross reference the stautes to your "state." An unrebutted affidavit stands as truth, I sure none of them clowns are going to take the responsabilty and rebutt it. Once recorded notice and demand the taxpayer services department they handle the marriage stuff. I would record the notice and demand also.
