It's nice to see that things have calmed down quite a bit. Thanks again SJ and Jerseee. It was really getting frustrating to see all of the negative posts. The legitimate questions were getting lost, especially for those who are here for the cause.

I for one am very interested in hearing what others have experienced and maybe share what they have done to help their situations. Also, Im hopeful that I may be able to help by contributing what I can. I hope we can continue onward without the negative destractions.

I've been reading the thread on DG that SJ shut down. Is there a new one that picked up where it left off. There were clients almost complete with the refi that I'm very interested in talking to.

I'm not some newbie nut demanding proof. I have been researching DG for the last 7 months, have talked to Scott, and even been to their office. I have questions and some answers as well.

I just want to know where it all went.

The intent of this notice is not to block the dorean group or its agents from interacting with other suijuris.net members, but rather to bar them from using suijuris.net in any way as a method for conducting business in their DG capacity. Everyone is welcome to share, regardless of their affiliation, the key to the issue is that they must SHARE.

To the suijuris.net members who are not DG agents or brokers but who may have questions about the DG process, you should know that this notice is not meant to keep you from discussing the DG with other members, but if you have a question directed at DG, then you should contact them directly through whatever channel, just like with any other business."

Your question is a good one and you are not considered a newbie nut demanding proof. Your request is a valid one and you should PM the appropriate member that made the post. that should help you find what you need.

You've almost done it, Jersee - your censoring of decenting oppinions almost got people thinking that questioning the process makes them nuts....

this would be the PROPRIETARY portion of mortgage elimination - so it becomes a catch 22....

Dorean says "we know stuff you don't, we are successful - we have 700 completed properties and 1000 more on the way - pay us and we'll represent you (not exactly, but we might let you in on the secret) - no guarantees"

You say "sounds good - since i can't be allowed to know HOW you intend to contest my mortgage, at least let me speak with anyone who has successfully completed the entire process - let me speak to some satisfied clients...."
