Dorean Group Notice

To the dorean group and all it's agents and brokers:

"Since it has been founded, suijuris.net has been a place where folks could come and share knowledge and solutions to realize the common goal of individual freedom. It was and still is meant to be a strictly non-commercial environment.

Of late, there have been clients, prospective clients, and critics of the DG who have used this site as a portal for interacting with your salespeople/agents. DG agents have made use of our forums, e-mail features, and private message system to interact with these individuals, and while I am sure no harm was intended, such commercial use of suijuris.net must stop at once.

This notice serves as a cease and desist notice to the dorean group, its agents and brokers, to discontinue the use of suijuris.net for all sales/solicitation, customer support, and other interaction with all individuals, be it publicly or privately.

As a respectable business, the dorean group should be responsible to create their own website to offer similar features for their clients, agents, and brokers. If one already exists, then it would be appropriate to reply to existing and future sales/customer support requests by posting those details.

This is undoubtedly in the best interest of the suijuris.net community, which is being strained by a recent thread which has attracted and resulted in the creation of a sub-community amongst us. The members of that sub-community are apparently clueless to our goals, rules, and would in time spread like a cancer to all portions of the site and reduce everything to pointless fighting and name-calling.

The dorean group principals are urged to take the initiative to contact all their clients via private channels to reply to those clients pressing questions, as many DG agents are reportedly not in contact to answer the most basic questions. At least one of your brokers have attempted to field many of these questions via suijuris.net and with all due respect, the end result has been a strain nothing short of chaos within that thread.

The intent of this notice is not to block the dorean group or its agents from interacting with other suijuris.net members, but rather to bar them from using suijuris.net in any way as a method for conducting business in their DG capacity. Everyone is welcome to share, regardless of their affiliation, the key to the issue is that they must SHARE.

To the suijuris.net members who are not DG agents or brokers but who may have questions about the DG process, you should know that this notice is not meant to keep you from discussing the DG with other members, but if you have a question directed at DG, then you should contact them directly through whatever channel, just like with any other business."

Thank you for this post. I am in total agreement with you and applaud you for this notice. The Dorean Group thread has become total chaos and I for one will will leave that one alone.

Thank you for doing what was so necessary. This site has never been a for profit site and should never become one. It's like somebody knew you were going to be gone for a week when all those negative seeds were sown. The fruit they bore would have been poisonous.

it's good to know you're back sj. some of us in the dorean group process have benefited from the discussions in this forum. my main reason for posting here is because of the lack of response from DG or my missing broker.

If has appeared that I have lost composure dealing with folks in the afrementioned thread--I want to apologize. But that was not the intent. I just don't like bullies with lack of imagination and frivolous demands from newbies to our seasoned members.

Forgive me, but I take a lot of pride in this site, my duties, and every success that we claim. I refuse to have it cheapened by pot stirrers.

Thanks for everyone's support when I called out for it and SJ, as you read the thread, you will see that we stuck by our guns the best we could.

Good to be back... I just wanted to make it clear that I am not trying to bar members from discussing the DG, and as many of their agents/brokers appear to be missing in action, I completely understand why their clients are looking for answers anywhere they can get them, including here.

Thanks for taking care of the poisoned thread. I only subscribed to SuiJuris this week because I am very interested in the topic that was being discussed in the other thread and I was hopeful to hear of other peoples experiences, asking questions and hopfully get some answers. Also, I was hopeful that I could share what I have learned in hopes of shedding some light on he topic. However, it was rather unnerving to read all of the garbage being kicked around and I wasn't very interesting in getting involved. Nuff said.
