Go Away Notice

Hi everybody,
This is my first post here. I have been reading here for some months. I did not come here as an innocent, I have been living my version of a Soverign's life for over 20 years.

I have a great respect for all who extend themselves to post here. While we may all have distinct views of our place in this world, they are all valid within the realm of the originating soverign.

That being said, there are attitudes that work on authority and others that do not. I say this from painful experience (sometimes my most reliable teacher).

I am dealing with some "authorities" that are being egged on by a tenant person. I have had no problems keeping them so busy following their corporate (municipal) rules that I doubt I will ever see them at my doorstep, but I got to thinking what if they did demand entrance to my private domicile?

So I came up with the following demand. I would invite any that like to share their thoughts on the construction, purpose, need or any other aspect of my "GO AWAY NOTICE".

-------------------------------------------------
Notice to Municipal Authority:

I am a free willed full liability flesh and blood Man domiciled at xxxxxxth Street San Francisco, California State [near zipcode]

Before entering my private unincorporated domicile I demand you provide:

1. Proper identification of your person.

2. A written Delegation of Authority.

3. A copy of your Bond.

4. A judicial Warrant with an attached information.

Be advised:
Without the above REQUIRED do***ents I will consider you to be in trespass on my private domicile and will hold you personally responsible for the trespass and any other violation of my rights.

The concept is no doubt logical, but it seems that there's ain't nothin' like having a third party witness at the scene & then making an affidavit of what happened & then defaulting them w/the affidavit.

I've been thinking that we should all network w/nextel phones for cir***stances like this. Imagine clicking someone over in Carolina when you're in Florida getting pulled over & broadcasting to the cop via short wave the date & time of the hearing(the stop itself) the witnesses, cop, badge #, bond#, etc . .

Trespassing

Rex, et al:

As well, I would suggest the following steps as/if/when they can be afforded.

1. A Constitutional No Trespassing Sign (Available from several places via the web/snail mail).

2. A hidden video camera filming your front door, that you can switch on via a switch inside, or pressure sensitive switch under you "welcome" mat.

3. A small ****** tied into your computer that would film 24/7, lined up to film your front porch/door.

The Constitutional No trespassing sign also announces fines under the law for trespassing that would not allow them to say "we did not know". That along with your sign printed in bold colors on vinyl would provide all the legally necessitated warning anyone needs.

The camera would provide visual do***entation of any attempt to either trespass, or force entry by ANYONE. Most sovereigns would make a judge and jury wilt with not only an affadavit of truth, but visual/audio record of the tresspass.

Call me paranoid, but nowadays, anything short of a BIG dog or an armed security officer isn't enough for some folks.

Just my two cents in fiat currency. CYA

Red face

I lived in an apartment once for 9 years, found out the office let the maintenance men have 24 hour access to the keys for the apts. I discovered that in the first 6 months after I moved in things kept coming up missing, thank God I didn't keep any money in there. I just went and got my own deadbolt, put it in myself, wrote a letter to the office stating that anytime a maintenance person was going to go into my place, I had to be there in person. The person (maintenance guy) was caught stealing jewelry and taking to pawn shops to redeem money for it, wasn't fired but sent to another location to be the maintenance person 30 miles away. They didn't like it but it did send a message. The guy was also stalking single women in the complex as well. Scuz!!!
