The looser's that be must be putting a stop on anyone ordering that book, or it's just my imagination running wild. I had ordered that book from four different places, got confirmation of sale by email, got charged on credit card or paypal, then days later got email's saying "were sorry that book is unavailable at this time".
I'll bet if I was a practicing liar I would receive it in no time...

In the meantime . . .
One of Florida's Finest, the lovely Vanton57, has converted a book I scanned into .pdf.
This book will never be printed again, and it costs $150 or more if you were to try and buy it
http://notaryprotest.com/links.htm
This should curb any "admiralty fix" one may be having.
The book was written by Frank wiswall who is referred to in the Secrets of Maritime exposed article on the web. It refers to a lecture he gave in 1994 which is nowhere to be found on the web. -- - -Except on suijuris.net of course(attached below)
In the article he refers to his book which I was able to track down at a library.
