Hello all,

I will be MIA for awhile. After the Keating seminar I realize that I have been neglecting my family as well as other things here at home. I am also having some physical difficulties (back pain). I am hoping I will not me MIA for too long. I am not leaving just taking a much needed sabbatical. If you need to contact me please send an email through suijuris and I will try to get back to you.

Sending prayers your way Iamfree, hope things return to normal soon. I've had my bouts with back pain and it was pretty nasty but didn't last long fortunately.

You might try getting a gallon of concentrated 27% peroxide (Baquacil - name brand) from a swimming pool supply store and putting about 3 or 4 cups in a hot bath and soaking in it for about an hour. Makes me feel great. Repeat as nessecary for a few days. The peroxide bubbles on your skin as liberated oxygen and the is absorbed since your capilaries are dilitated from the hot water. This boosts the blood/oxygen ratio in your blood which in itself is a pain reliever. Also, great for breaking tough colds.

If you get some of the concentrate on your skin, be sure to rinse it off quickly. It will turn your skin white but won't hurt it. Your skin returns to normal color soon after rinsing.
