The goons came a knockin on my door on the 23rd, brought me down to hennepin county jail. the next day just before court, the public pretender advised me that if I was to try and defend myself anymore, the judge was going to have me commited to a state hospital for an undetermined amount of time for psychological evaluation. He went on to say that all my motions I filed were pure nonsense and that they had a zero chance in hell of a win situation for me, I said but it's thier codes, rules and regulations that are in my motions, does'nt matter he says, so I said I would like to confront my accuser "the cop who arrested me" and ask him some questions, "I was going to use the mark stevens approach" he says that if I tryed to testify or ask questions the same goes, it's either i defend you or you go to the hospital. So for fear of never seeing daylight again I plead out to refusal, a stay of incarceration for four years with no same or simulars. Now while this is playing out as I'm sitting in jail, the better half sent me the " The power of acceptance and being a diplomat" from the A New Beginning book so I could give that a try again, because of the strange things that went on with that in a different county when I used it, but it never got to me, the dirty little crooks stole it from my mail, they also stole my newspaper clipping she sent me of my notice of copyright in the mpls star and tribune, and I'm positive they knew I was going to use the mark stevens approach as that was sent to me also, but that I did get, "two copies at that" so I gave them to some guys I knew from the hood. One thing was different this time around in jail, more people are starting to realize that something is wrong with the system and more people know about the sovereignty movement, they could'nt put it together so I did my best to explain it to them how we are being duped, "hence" the monetary nature to it all and how it relates to energy, " circuit court, charge, discharge, currency, transmitting utility," and a light bulb went off in all their heads, hey you're right, they said. They really got mad when I told them that the queen of england owns the socialist security system and that the UNITED STATES is a british colony " not to exceed ten miles square of D.C. " I even told some of the BOOT LICKERS there, but to no avail, I dont know where they get these mindless drones that work for them, they must be bread from incompetant families because they cant think past the job they do. " I just do my job " is all thats on their peebrain minds.

I am saddened by your situation but respect your decision.

Most people are not so stupid-I'm talking about your jailed friends-but the indoctrination has been going on for so long that they just can't digest all the right information AT ONCE.

People end up believing lies if these are repeated many times. No matter how big the lies are. Besides, the reality shock may be brutal for most. So, you got to teach them slowly, drop by drop. But if I were you, I would not try to teach them anything.

I am not a lawyer; but your human fellow, sharing the same beliefs.

If they send you to that doctor, remember that this kind of physicians make their living out of the expensive drugs the big pharmaceutical companies sell.Tehy love the insurance companies, and the ones that testify for court are very well paid. A doctor will happily prescribe any drug to make an stupid out of you and take some energy (life energy) away from you, too. Chances are his diagnostic will be Paranoia with halucinations of all kinds (visual, audio, etc.)You got to avoid that. If sent to the doctor, be polite and just tell him you believe the judicial system is not very inclined to follow the constitution in some aspects. Don' mention the pope to him. Don't mention the 2 parallels governments either. Make him feel important. Don't show your despise for him. Be as a very white dove for this interview. Your aggresive conduct might mean the lost of your freedom and having to live the rest of your days with people who believe they are Napoleon or Newton. You won't be able to sensibly defend yourself in such a situation because the drugs administered to you will make a perfect and defenseless idiot out of you.

Try to play their game, just a little, so you can remain true to yourself in the basics. Even the Bible says that a "live dog" is better than a "dead lion". Think about your better half, your family, your nation. What's the use of an openly belligerant attitude at this moment?

squirrel, I totally concur with your viewpoint. They will do anything to keep information from reaching an inmate. We have had the same with my son. With him, though, they keep moving him from facility to facility, careful to keep him far from home and family. Initially his contact list was delayed for over a month to ensure he could have no outside contact or support. In case most don't know -- all mail must be on the 'approved" previously submitted list as must phone calls and visitors. If the name, phone and address are not on the list, cleared and correct, the inmate cannot have contact with that person in any form. Mail is delayed indefinitely while they "check" it. He has been told he is being moved to "A" only to arrive at "C" with no explanation as to why.
I agree that sheep working there are mindless for the most part -- we have heard repeatedly "I'm just doing my job." "I don't know anything." One woman jailer berated my son, calling him a "stupid idiot', because she couldn't count twenty men (20!!) in a room! Who is an idiot here? She "lost track of where she was at", huh? Counting to TWENTY???
I think that my son is where he is because he had a job to do there. He is ministering and helping several men within who needed someone to reach out to them. Squirrel, it sounds like you also were there for a reason -- to give information, or reinforce information. We all have a 'mission' to let others know what is going on around us and them.

First off, Squirell, you must be out on your own recognizance, yes? They don't give internet access the last time I was in the graybar hotel.

Don't forget Marc Stevens opening approach of "I am happy to plead guilty. I have an unsigned plea before you..." You are empowering them that way. I am sure many things are becoming more clear right now. I know they were for me.
Our battles often seem to be with flesh and blood, but if you look beyond those elements(and many of us don't) we find that we are really battling principalities and powers that manifest themselves by robbing us of our freedom given us by Christ. If you live as a slave, you are much easier to control. As soon as you say, "Hey, what and who put these chains on me?" you can be assured that the powers will tell you to sit down and shut up or we'll put you in a cage. Ask me how I know.
How is your family in this. Many of us are happy to be part of that support group horizontally if not vertically.
